Aerovex Return & Refund Policy
At Aerovex, we’re dedicated to helping you create a cleaner, fresher environment at home. We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our products, and we encourage customers to use their Aerovex device consistently for at least 14 days to begin experiencing the benefits.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this timeframe, your order may already be processing and cannot be changed. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Aerovex. If after using the product for at least 14 days you are still not satisfied, you may request a refund within 60 days of your purchase date. Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
All Aerovex products are carefully packed to prevent damage in transit. We consider an item damaged if it arrives with a functional defect or is physically broken. Slight wear to packaging (such as dented boxes) does not qualify as product damage if the item inside is in good condition.
If your product arrives damaged, contact us at aerovex0@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery. Include a clear photo of the damage in your message. If your claim is approved, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to ship all orders quickly and reliably. However, Aerovex is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors. In the event of a lost, stolen, or delayed package, please contact the courier directly for assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address during checkout. If you need to update your address, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. Aerovex is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses if changes are not submitted in time.
