At Aerovex, we’re proud to offer free shipping on all orders—no minimums, no extra fees. We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely, with full transparency every step of the way.
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it is placed. Once dispatched, your package is handed off to the shipping carrier and is officially in transit to your address.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days, but we’ll always work to get your order out as soon as possible.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped, delivery time depends on your location. Below are estimated shipping times based on region:
United States: 7–11 business days
United Kingdom: 6–10 business days
Canada: 7–11 business days
Please note that international orders may occasionally be delayed by customs or other local shipping issues outside of our control. Tracking updates may also experience delays during high-volume periods.
Address Accuracy & Order Changes
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing aerovex0@gmail.com. While we’ll do our best to make updates, we cannot guarantee changes after the 24-hour window.
Delivery Delays
We understand that timely delivery matters. While we work hard to ensure quick processing and shipping, delays can occur due to courier issues, extreme weather, customs processing, or other unexpected events.
In the rare event of a delay, we’ll communicate with you promptly and assist however we can. Aerovex is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors beyond our control, but we will always aim to keep you informed and supported.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is handed off to the courier, it becomes their responsibility. If your package is lost or stolen during transit, please contact us at aerovex0@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.
We recommend reaching out directly to the courier to begin a claim process, and we’ll also help follow up on your behalf. While Aerovex is not liable for lost or stolen packages, we will review each case and may offer a replacement when appropriate. In cases where packages cannot be recovered, we may also recommend filing a local police report.
